Mr. Jacobs joined Elm Street Development in 2001 and has over 12 years experience in the design, construction and acquisition of real estate. Prior to joining Elm Street, Jacobs worked for a large REIT where he was responsible for the development and acquisition of commercial properties in six states. Meeting with AT&TNAA recently met with Frank Stearns, Donahue& Stearns, to discuss a special use permit for a proposed cell tower installation near Fannie Fitzgerald and Bushey Drive. Project Name is: AT&T Cardinal Drive Project Number is: SUP#PLN2013-00143 If anyone has comments or suggestions about this project, please contact Neabsco Action Alliance to address your concerns. Currently, we support this SUP. Additionally, there will be a public hearing for this proposal on July 17th at the Board of County Supervisors meeting.
